The Senior Decisions.com Engineer / Subject Matter Expert will design, develop, and implement scalable decisioning workflows using the Decisions.com platform, including rules engines, flows, integrations, APIs, and microservices. The role also provides technical leadership and mentoring, establishes development standards, and manages CI/CD, Azure Kubernetes, API management, data integration, and performance optimization. Candidates need 12+ years of overall IT experience and 9+ years working with the Decisions platform or similar decisioning tools, along with expertise in cloud, DevOps, data technologies, and scripting or programming languages.
