Description
The Senior Deckhand serves as a more experienced crew member and team leader for a vessel, supervising other deckhands, assisting with navigation and vessel maneuvering, maintaining vessel cleanliness and safety, handling mooring lines, supporting engine and generator operations, and responding to emergencies. The role requires a high school diploma, TWIC eligibility, First Aid/CPR certification, a driver’s license, customer service skills, and at least three months of deckhand experience, with weekend and holiday availability.
