B&A is hiring a Senior Declassification Programs Lead to provide leadership and subject-matter expertise for Mandatory Declassification Review (MDR) and Foreign Relations of the United States (FRUS) programs supporting federal national security missions. The role manages personnel, oversees classified-record review operations, directs MDR and FRUS activities, develops declassification policies, coordinates with federal agencies, resolves complex classification issues, and prepares executive reports. Candidates need at least six years of personnel-management experience, three years of MDR and FRUS experience, three years of declassification-policy experience, three years of interagency coordination experience, a bachelor's degree, and a current, final, fully adjudicated Top Secret/SCI clearance.
