Murray Osorio PLLC is hiring a full-time Senior Paralegal, Defensive to support immigration removal-defense cases before Immigration Court. The role prepares relief forms, gathers evidence, conducts country-condition research, completes affidavits and motions, manages ECAS e-filing and case databases, maintains client contact, and coordinates hearings and deadlines. It is hybrid for the first 90 days, with potential full-remote status afterward and occasional in-office days; candidates must reside within a commutable distance of an assigned office in Virginia, Maryland, or New Jersey, while candidates in Illinois or New York may work remotely. The position requires fluency in Spanish, a high school diploma or GED, at least two years of immigration-law experience, knowledge of Immigration Court procedures, strong communication and organizational skills, and Microsoft Office proficiency.
