The role serves as a subject matter expert for airline customers, leading business process workshops, data collection and validation, user training, production transition, post-go-live support, and delivery outcomes. It requires 7+ years of relevant experience, strong analytical and communication skills, airline domain knowledge, and willingness to travel approximately 20–30% to customer sites. Familiarity with SQL, R, Python, Tableau, Looker Studio, databases, and Microsoft 365 is beneficial.
