Sokin is hiring a Senior Delivery Lead to partner with Product Managers, the Head of Delivery, and delivery teams to improve Agile maturity, define and track delivery metrics, coach teams, remove impediments, and lead business-critical delivery initiatives. The role requires deep Agile knowledge, strong communication and facilitation skills, experience leading complex cross-team projects and organizational change, and the ability to build relationships and promote continuous improvement.
