The employer is hiring a full-time Programmer to develop new features and modules for a large human resources information system, maintain complex calculations, test and debug the application, and analyze customer-specific modifications. The role requires a university bachelor's degree, structured programming, analytical teamwork, Windows and network knowledge, relational database skills with MS SQL and Oracle, Delphi 5 and Delphi 10.3 RIO, ADO and FireDac, and three-tier architecture knowledge. The position offers CZK 80,000 plus performance-related pay and an immediate start.
