Description
The Automation Engineer will lead the design, development, implementation, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting of process control and automation systems for Emerson customers during capital projects. The role works with project and account management, supports sales estimates and proposals, mentors other engineers, and requires independent on-site work at customer locations. Candidates must have a relevant bachelor’s degree, at least five years of relevant experience, Emerson DeltaV experience, and a valid United States driver’s license; preferred qualifications include legacy control systems, PLCs, validated systems, manufacturing experience, and Windows Server and network troubleshooting skills.
