Gentex Corp is hiring a Senior Demand Planner for its Carbondale, Pennsylvania facility to own demand forecasts, support inventory optimization, and lead planning activities across product lines and business units. The role is heavily focused on SIOP, cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Operations, Product Management, Customer Service, and Supply Chain, and improving forecast accuracy, inventory performance, and service levels through data analysis, ERP-based planning, and continuous improvement. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in supply chain/business/operations or related field, 7+ years of relevant planning or supply chain experience, manufacturing planning experience, advanced Excel, ERP experience preferably SAP, and strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
