Description

Decision Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Senior Deputy Program Manager (MANP2) to support a large support services contract with the Naval Sea Systems Command. The successful candidate will provide support to the Program Manager of a 200-person contractor team, focusing on overall planning, direction, and success of major programs, systems development, and research or technology initiatives. Responsibilities include establishing and controlling technical milestones, schedules, budgets, and costs. The position requires obtaining a Secret Clearance.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: Twenty (20) years of relevant Surface Radars, Electronic Warfare, EO/IR, Decoys and/or Laser program management or administrative experience.
Fifteen (15) years of relevant Surface Radars, Electronic Warfare, EO/IR, Decoys and/or Laser program management or administrative experience.
Ten (10) years of relevant Surface Radars, Electronic Warfare, EO/IR, Decoys and/or Laser program management or administrative experience.
Preferred Qualifications: Active Secret Clearance
Project Management Professional (PMP)
Experience with ACAT I major weapon systems and ACAT II through IV programs
Demonstrated knowledge of Navy/DOD policy and guidance
Demonstrated knowledge with cost, schedule and performance as it relates to program execution
Communication and briefing skills
Experience with financial management
Proficiency with Foreign Military Sales (FMS)
