Description
HDR is hiring a Senior Design Coordinator to independently evaluate and apply architectural techniques, prepare construction documents, write architectural specifications, perform code reviews, coordinate with owners and clients, and support architects and other project coordinators through all phases of the architectural process. The role may be aligned with healthcare, education, or mission-critical data-center and industrial groups. Required qualifications include a bachelor's degree in architecture or a closely related field, at least five years of professional or internship experience preparing details, specifications, and construction documents, future registration credentials, Microsoft Office experience, strong leadership and communication skills, analytical ability, Autodesk Revit proficiency, graphic presentation skills, and an active commitment to HDR's employee-owned culture. Preferred qualifications include a master's degree in architecture, healthcare or mission-critical experience, sustainable design or LEED interest, and experience with Photoshop, Illustrator, SketchUp, 3-D Studio Max, Rhino, and Grasshopper.
