Description
The V&V Lab Associate will lead test-method and measurement-system development, validation, verification, and testing optimization for medical devices. The role owns verification protocols and the Design History File, analyzes design-verification data, manages test samples and inventory, develops and maintains test methods and equipment, supports DFSS and design controls, coordinates vendor and material shipments, and mentors junior engineers and technicians. It requires a bachelor’s degree in mechanical or biomedical engineering with 5–8 years of experience in a medical device or regulated industry, or a master’s degree with 4+ years of experience, along with expertise in test validation, fixture design, design verification, design controls, CAPAs, and statistical methods.
