Nordec is hiring a Senior Design Engineer for its Nordic Design Service team in Vaasa or Peräseinäjoki, Finland. The role involves independent steel-frame design, project schedule and design-hour tracking, mentoring Design Engineers, coordinating with factories and project stakeholders, developing standardized design solutions, and supporting design coordination with adjoining structures. Candidates need an MSc or BSc in engineering or a relevant technical field, at least five years of steel-structure design experience, strong CAD and 3D-modelling skills, Tekla Structures experience, project-coordination experience, and Finnish, Swedish, and English language skills.
