Description
Double E is hiring a Sr. Design Engineer in West Bridgewater, Massachusetts to serve as the technical owner and engineering checkpoint for assigned product lines. The role designs, develops, modifies, and documents mechanical products; reviews orders and configurations; supports pre-quote and customer questions; maintains technical documentation; improves manufacturability, quality, and cost; and mentors junior staff. Candidates need a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering, at least 10 years of mechanical design experience in manufacturing, CNC and machine-shop experience, industrial machine or web-handling experience, strong 3D CAD skills, and a record of DFM compliance. The salary is $115,000–$125,000 annually.
