Ravenna is hiring a Senior Design Engineer to combine interaction design, systems thinking, and front-end engineering for AI-powered internal support. The role leads the cross-platform design system, prototypes product flows, builds accessible responsive UI, maintains components and design tokens, partners with product and engineering teams, and improves accessibility, usability, and documentation. Candidates need at least five years of experience in product design, UI engineering, or design engineering, along with Figma fluency, modern UX/UI principles, design-system experience, and strong visual and motion skills.
