EVERSTAR is hiring a Senior Design Engineer to develop aircraft components for a defense technology company. The role involves creating complex 3D models and design documentation in SolidWorks, modernizing products, managing PDM/PLM systems, performing strength and durability calculations, designing for additive manufacturing, optimizing topology, and supporting outsourced production and manufacturing partners. Candidates need higher technical education, at least five years of design or mechanical engineering experience, expert SolidWorks proficiency, knowledge of FDM, SLS, and SLA technologies, and experience integrating electronic components into product enclosures.
