Celonis is hiring a senior Design Engineering Manager to own the internal tools, automation, agent-pipeline infrastructure, and AI-tool governance for its design system and design practice. The role combines UX-focused tool design with TypeScript/JavaScript or Python, APIs, Figma, CI/CD, MCP servers, telemetry, and governance-as-code, while collaborating with designers, product managers, engineers, security, and legal. It is a senior individual-contributor role with full autonomy, mentorship responsibilities, and a flexible hybrid work model.
