Description
The employer is hiring a Senior Design Engineer / Lead Mechanical Design Engineer to design fixtures, tools, and special-purpose machines for customer-specific systems, including radiation-protection applications. The role covers holistic design from concept through implementation, coordination with production and maintenance, analysis and optimization of existing machines, and mentoring younger design engineers. Candidates need a mechanical engineering degree or comparable qualification, extensive experience in special machinery design, manufacturing-process knowledge, and CAD proficiency. The position offers approximately €80,000–€100,000 in salary, 35–36 hours per week, vacation, and additional benefits.
