Description
NVIDIA is hiring a Senior Design Engineer to design and develop memory-subsystem components for GPUs and SOCs. The role owns micro-architecture and RTL development, balances performance, power, and area requirements, collaborates with hardware architects and verification, timing, VLSI, FPGA, and software teams, and supports post-silicon verification and debugging. Candidates need a BS or MS or equivalent experience, at least four years of design experience, complex micro-architecture and RTL development experience, ASIC design-flow knowledge, and Verilog expertise; memory-subsystem or network-interconnect experience is preferred.
