Description

Freedom Professional Services is hiring a permanent Senior Design Engineer - Protection and Control in Leeds, United Kingdom, on a hybrid office and site arrangement. The role designs and specifies protection, control, SCADA, and substation automation systems for 11kV to 400kV substations, prepares drawings and relay settings, supports commissioning, reviews junior engineers’ work, and may lead a team of senior and design engineers. Candidates need an electrical engineering degree, extensive protection and control design experience, and preferably chartered engineer status.
