Spin Master is hiring a Design Director for its Early Learning toy portfolio, reporting to the Design Director and leading a team of design experts. The role covers creative direction, design strategy, product development, visual standards, play-experience principles, market and parenting-trend analysis, product concepts, pitches, and cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Engineering, Packaging, Insights, and inventor relations. The position requires a BFA in Toy Design, Industrial Design, or a related creative field, professional design leadership experience, expertise in early-childhood development and pediatric safety, and strong sketching, rendering, storytelling, project coordination, and executive-presentation skills. It is a six-month full-time fixed-term contract in Toronto with an anticipated annual pay range of $113,600 to $151,400.
