Description
GHD is seeking a Senior Design Manager to lead multidisciplinary design delivery for complex, large-scale building projects, including major AI and hyperscale data centre projects. The role provides strategic direction to design teams, coordinates across disciplines and global teams, manages client expectations and project delivery, develops design processes, and mentors design staff. The position requires a strong technical background in architecture, engineering, or a related discipline, leadership and stakeholder-management skills, and experience managing and developing design teams. The role is based in the office three days per week.
