Description
Turner & Townsend is hiring a Senior Design Manager to lead architectural and interior design for hotel construction and renovation projects in the Bahamas. The role coordinates architects, engineers, consultants, contractors, owners, and internal teams; reviews design concepts; ensures compliance with local regulations, building codes, and international standards; validates materials and finishes; and presents design progress to stakeholders. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in architecture, interior design, or civil engineering, at least seven years of hospitality design and project management experience, coastal or island construction experience, proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp, and willingness to travel to and reside temporarily in the Bahamas during critical project phases.
