Mercury is hiring a Product Design Lead to define and evolve its interaction philosophy for AI-native, conversational, adaptive, and proactive experiences. The role leads and develops product designers, sets quality standards across the Interfaces organization, partners with Product and Engineering, shapes product strategy, and creates reusable interaction patterns. It requires strong product taste, AI interface thinking, hands-on design leadership, systems thinking, and independent strategic judgment. The role offers a US base salary of $228,700–$285,900 plus equity and benefits.
