Microsoft is hiring a Datacenter Engineering Design Manager to manage the engineering scope, schedule, budget, and delivery of greenfield, brownfield, and retrofit datacenter projects across Spain and other EMEA locations. The role leads technical due diligence, permitting, building shell and core engineering, power, cooling, telecommunications, and controls infrastructure; manages consultants and vendors; oversees procurement, contracts, scope, risks, and project value; and drives standardization and continuous improvement. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, design management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, plus extensive experience delivering large-scale infrastructure projects and leading cross-functional teams. The typical base pay range in Spain is €63,100 to €107,600 per year.
