Description
Okta is hiring a Senior Design Operations Program Manager, Agentic Design to operationalize and scale internal AI agents, plug-ins, and automated workflows across its Design team. The role partners with design, product management, design systems, and engineering to govern, evaluate, deploy, and measure AI design capabilities; lead design-system and accessibility change management; and enable design and content teams through workshops, documentation, and standardized processes. Candidates need at least four years of experience in design operations, creative operations, or program management within complex software or SaaS organizations, along with hands-on experience with AI design tools, LLMs, Model Context Protocols, Figma plug-ins, and agentic workflows. The position is hybrid, requires an in-person orientation in Toronto, and offers an annual base salary of CAD 118,000–162,000 for candidates located in Canada.
