Description
The Senior Design & Release Engineer leads the design, development, validation, release, and launch support of body-in-white structures and vehicle integration components for complete-vehicle and autonomous mobility platforms. The role owns systems from concept through prototype builds, production release, validation, and launch readiness, while managing CATIA models, PLM releases, BOMs, engineering changes, validation documentation, supplier and manufacturing collaboration, and cross-functional program activities. A bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering discipline and at least 10 years of automotive body engineering or vehicle integration experience are required; the position is regular and permanent at Magna Steyr.
