Description
Xendit is hiring a senior product designer to own the merchant lifecycle experience, including onboarding, dashboard, and KYC-heavy flows, while consolidating and documenting the company’s design system. The role sets design standards, guides decisions in areas without dedicated designers, mentors other designers, and initially focuses on system consolidation before rebalancing toward product work. The position reports to the Product Design & UX Director for Customer Lifecycle and requires strong product-design craft, systems thinking, and experience with disclosure in regulated products.
