Description
Spin Master is hiring a Senior Toy Designer to support the development and design of Collectibles and Wheels & Action toys. Reporting to the Director of Design, the role bridges North America design teams with engineering, model shops, vendors, and product development; leads proof-of-concept models; reviews CAD and models; supports design specifications and aesthetic, play-pattern, manufacturing, cost, and tooling decisions; and coaches lower-level professionals. The position requires an undergraduate degree in Product, Toy, or Industrial Design, at least five years of design experience, strong cross-functional communication, and travel to China and other Asian locations.
