Description
The Senior Designer provides space planning, furniture applications, visualizations, specifications, and installation drawings for contract furniture. The role includes initial programming and schematic design, furniture block planning, code-compliant space planning, design development with CET and AutoCAD drawings and renderings, material applications, field measurements, product inventories, client meetings, showroom tours, and presentations. The position requires at least five years of professional design experience, a degree in Interior Design or a related field from a CIDA-accredited school, and proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and CET, along with strong communication, leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
