Spiniello Companies is hiring a full-time Senior Designer to join its in-house creative team and shape the company's visual identity across print, digital, internal communications, social media, and web. The role owns the monthly employee newsletter, creates social graphics and print materials, contributes copy, maintains Squarespace pages, photographs employees, and edits photos; video editing and Webflow experience are preferred. Candidates need a relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, at least five years of print and digital design experience, Adobe Creative Suite and Figma proficiency, and a strong portfolio.
