Description
SimplePractice is hiring a Senior Designer, Creative Systems to create, evolve, and maintain scalable design systems, component libraries, templates, tokens, and modular frameworks across web, email, brand, and marketing experiences. The role partners with creative leadership and cross-functional teams to translate design strategy into reusable systems, establish governance and documentation, build self-service tools, and explore AI and creative automation. Candidates should have 5–8+ years of relevant design experience, strong Figma expertise, and experience with design systems, templates, and scalable creative solutions. The position offers a base salary of $100,000–$125,000 USD plus potential bonus or commission.
