GovTech is hiring a Designer for its Design Practice to establish and scale design standards, patterns, and systems across the organisation. The role involves identifying design gaps, documenting best practices, building the design portal, measuring design quality, and leading the strategic direction of a GovTech-wide design system. It requires at least six years of experience building or contributing to scalable design systems, organisational design interest, cross-functional collaboration, and a preferred background in tooling, team structures, or practice-level initiatives.
