Rapt is hiring a Senior Designer to lead design work from concept through delivery, guide designers and creative and design directors, and translate big ideas into cohesive spatial experiences. The role requires a degree in architecture or interior design, at least eight years of studio experience, strong project leadership, client collaboration, and proficiency with production tools and documentation workflows. It is a hybrid position requiring regular onsite work at one of Rapt’s San Francisco, Los Angeles, or New York studios, with compensation estimated at $90,000 to $140,000 plus benefits and bonuses.
