Description
Lear is hiring a Senior Designer Terminals in Remscheid to design individual parts and complex automotive connector assemblies, lead technical product management through series readiness, manage design changes and customer data, coordinate requirements and testing, and support less experienced designers. The role requires a technical degree in mechanical engineering or comparable training, at least three years of relevant design-engineering experience, CATIA V5 knowledge, and expertise in automotive connector systems, electrical contacting, stamping and forming, materials engineering, and applicable standards.
