Description
Everlane is hiring a full-time Designer to support the Women’s Design Director and develop shirting, dresses, casual and tailored bottoms, and technical and tailored outerwear. The role covers research, hand and computer sketching, technical packages, sample review, fittings, and collaboration with raw materials, technical, production, and merchandising teams. Candidates should have at least five years of experience in a similar fashion-design role, technical knowledge of woven construction, a bachelor’s degree in fashion or a closely related design field, and experience with AI, Illustrator, and Miro. The position is based at Everlane’s Los Angeles headquarters in the Art District and offers an annual compensation range of $100,000 to $130,000.
