The role owns technical design, fabric and fit, market and competitor research, sustainable practices, commercial alignment, supplier collaboration, and the development of junior designers. It requires substantial design experience, relevant qualifications, a portfolio, mentoring experience, and strong Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop skills.
