Description
Rapt is hiring Senior Designers (Project Architects) to lead the technical execution and delivery of complex architectural projects from concept through construction administration. The role coordinates consultants, manages project streams, handles permitting and contract administration, leads design and construction teams, and supports pre-construction and procurement processes. Candidates must be local to one of Rapt’s San Francisco, Los Angeles, or New York studios and available onsite regularly, with a hybrid schedule of three studio days per week. The position requires a master’s degree in architecture, 12+ years of architecture or design-studio experience, Revit and BIM proficiency, and extensive project leadership and coordination experience. Compensation is estimated at $90,000 to $140,000 plus benefits and bonuses, with relocation support for eligible candidates.
