Crédit Agricole CIB is hiring a Senior Desktop Engineer (Windows Level 3) for its IT End User Computing team in London. The permanent hybrid role supports 2,000 Windows clients and serves as the highest technical escalation point for bare-metal and virtual-machine imaging, complex client incidents, root-cause analysis, automation, patching, security hardening, Active Directory, and virtual-machine environments. The position requires at least 10 years of progressive, hands-on experience in complex enterprise Windows client environments and high proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell.
