1X is hiring a Detection & Response Security Engineer to build and scale detection engineering, threat monitoring, and incident response capabilities across cloud, enterprise, robotics, and infrastructure environments. The role focuses on improving visibility, alert quality, investigation tooling, response automation, and mean time to detect and respond, while partnering with Infrastructure, IT, Robotics, and Product Security teams. Candidates need at least five years of relevant security engineering experience, strong cloud and scripting skills, and a bachelor’s degree in a related technical field.
