Description
NVIDIA is hiring a Senior Detection Engineer for its Detection and Automation Engineering team to build, tune, validate, deploy, and maintain high-confidence security detections across enterprise, cloud, identity, endpoint, collaboration, developer, AI, and production environments. The role covers detection-as-code workflows, SIEM and security-analytics platforms, telemetry analysis, query development, incident and threat-hunting translation, responder collaboration, and coaching analysts and engineers. Candidates need at least 8 years of relevant security experience, a relevant degree or equivalent experience, strong query and scripting skills, and practical knowledge of attacker behavior across multiple security domains. The base salary range is 168,000 USD to 270,250 USD for Level 4 and 196,000 USD to 310,500 USD for Level 5, with equity and benefits; applications were accepted through September 13, 2026.
