Neo4j is hiring a Senior Developer Advocate - Startups by the Bay to drive developer engagement among startups in the San Francisco Bay Area. The role builds relationships with founding engineers and technical leadership, creates technical content and code samples, advocates for Neo4j products, gathers developer feedback, manages developer communities, and delivers workshops and training. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, at least five years of experience in developer advocacy, developer relations, or a related technical role, strong technical knowledge, public speaking and communication skills, and strong content creation and project management abilities. The position offers an annual base salary of $190,000 to $260,000 USD, plus stock options, potential bonuses, and medical, dental, and vision benefits.
