AlayaCare is hiring a Senior Developer to join its product team and work on the SaaS application that powers customer onboarding. The role involves designing, coding, testing, debugging, and improving complex software; leading technical work and mentoring developers; contributing to the technical roadmap; monitoring production applications; and participating in on-call support. The position is based in Montreal and follows a hybrid model with two in-office collaboration days per week. It requires a bachelor’s or advanced degree in a relevant field, at least four years of data software development experience, Python and PyTest expertise, and experience with React or Vue, JavaScript, SQL, Git, CI/CD, Docker, SQLAlchemy, and cloud platforms.
