EXL is hiring a remote Life Insurance and Annuity Technical Architect in the United States for a base salary of $100,000–$115,000. The role leads and supports client engagements, analyzes requirements, designs application and solution architectures, reviews code, manages technical delivery across distributed teams, and identifies automation and technology-improvement opportunities. It requires strong experience with Life Insurance and Annuity products, Policy Administration Systems, mainframe technologies, SQL, COBOL, C#, .NET, Git, API integration, and AI tools, along with a technology-related bachelor's or master's degree and 8–12 years of relevant software development, maintenance, support, and technical documentation experience.
