The role includes code quality practices, unit and integration testing, test automation, agile collaboration, requirement analysis, technology evaluation, and the development of team best practices. Candidates should have strong C# and .NET knowledge, SQL and database development experience, software architecture and design-pattern knowledge, low-code platform experience, and unit-testing or TDD experience.
