ActioNet is hiring a remote Senior Developer (Java/Backend), also described as an API Developer, to build and support mission-critical enterprise applications and RESTful APIs for public data discovery and analytics. The role covers full software development lifecycle work, backend databases, cloud-native ETL, AWS services, CI/CD, Agile/SAFe development, testing, security compliance, monitoring, and collaboration with clients and cross-functional teams. Applicants need at least five years of software engineering or backend development experience, strong Java, API, database, and Agile skills, U.S. citizenship, and the ability to obtain or maintain a High Public Trust clearance.
