MANN & SCHRÖDER COSMETICS GROUP is hiring a Senior Developer for its Research & Development department. The role develops and optimizes cosmetic formulations, coordinates junior developers, performs laboratory work, evaluates product and quality tests, reviews raw materials, documents development processes, and supports initial batch production. Candidates need a natural-science degree, preferably in cosmetics technology, chemistry, or food chemistry, along with independent, analytical, and collaborative working skills.
