The role focuses on optimizing distributed data processing pipelines, managing GPU-accelerated workloads, ensuring reliability and observability, versioning datasets, and collaborating with research and product teams. Candidates need a relevant bachelor’s degree and more than five years of experience with large-scale distributed data processing systems or machine learning data processing frameworks, including tools such as Ray, Apache Spark, workflow orchestrators, Apache Arrow, Parquet, workload managers, containerization tools, and data infrastructure platforms.
