Toboggan Labs is hiring a Senior Developer focused on product development, full-stack software, and machine learning for consulting projects with healthcare and other clients. The role involves gathering requirements, developing frontend and backend features, improving CI/CD and testing tooling, supporting technical project management, and mentoring junior colleagues. Candidates should have at least five years of software development experience, strong communication and leadership skills, and experience with machine learning or MLOps; healthcare, AI, data, and client-facing experience are bonuses. The position is remote-first, with office space in Montreal and hiring preference for Quebec or other Canadian candidates in the EST±2 time zone.
