1Password is hiring a Senior Developer for its Device Security squad to implement security features across macOS, iOS, Android, Windows, Linux, and Web applications; develop secure libraries; resolve vulnerabilities; promote secure coding practices; and lead junior developers. The role requires 4+ years of software development experience with a security focus, modern encryption and authentication knowledge, Windows security development expertise, Rust and FFI experience, and familiarity with TPM, HSM, Windows Hello, BitLocker, Secure Boot, and Credential Guard. It is a remote opportunity within Canada and the United States, with USA-based compensation of $153,000–$214,000 USD and Canada-based compensation of $144,000–$202,000 CAD annually, plus benefits, paid time off, equity, and incentive programs.
